Hotel Directions

From the Bradenton-Sarasota International Airport:

Exit airport at 41 North, right toward Bradenton. Turn left on 53rd and take 53rd all the way to the intersection with Cortez Road. Go straight the intersection and the road turns into 75th Street West. Proceed to Manatee Ave (SR 64), turn left and travel 5 miles. You will go over the draw bridge, past East Bay Drive at the traffic light. At the next traffic light, yield right onto Gulf Drive and follow this road for 1 mile to the next traffic light. Travel straight through for 1 last mile to the next stop sign. Haley’s Couples Retreat Motel is on your left.

From Tampa International Airport to Haley’s Couples Retreat Motel:

Follow Exit Signs from the airport toward 275 south. Follow 275S toward Saint Petersburg. Proceed over the Howard Franklin Bridge. Continue through Saint Petersburg on 275S. Follow signs for Bradenton to Skyway Bridge. After the bridge follow signs to Route 19S Bradenton/Palmetto. Follow 19S toward Business 41S (Palmetto sign only). Stay on 41S thru Palmetto and over the Manatee River Bridge. At the third traffic light (Manatee Ave- SR 64) turn RIGHT 10 miles to island. You will go over the draw bridge, past East Bay Drive at the traffic light. At the next traffic light, yield right onto Gulf Drive. Follow this road for 1 mile to the next traffic light, and then go straight through for 1 last mile to the next stop sign. Haley's Motel is on your left.

Reservation Policies

Haley’s Couples Retreat Motel has rooms available on a nightly basis almost always. Phone reservations are available from 10am to 9pm daily. Please contact us at 941-778-5405.

Office Hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm daily. Please call us ahead of time to arrange a time for later check-ins.

Motel Policies

Haley’s property is Pet Free and Smoke Free.

Check In Time: 2:30pm – 5:30pm. For late check-in arrangements, please call the office by 4pm.

Check-Out Time: 10:30am. For late check-outs, please ask us about our extended check-out possibilities and for ½ day rates.

Non-Smoking Property

Haley's Motel is a non-smoking property. The loss of income due to smoke smell in room will be fully charged to guest with a minimum charge of $250.

Extra People In Room

Persons include children/infants/teens/adults. No extra person(s) is allowed in the room without Haley's permission. Pre-approved extra person is $10 per day/night. These costs apply to day visitors joining guests in the unit and at the pool. The number of guests in a unit cannot exceed the room occupation allowance determined by the fire marshal. If you check in or later add extra person/s, the cost is $50.00 per person per any portion of the day and/or night they are on the premises.

Housekeeping

In order to keep the room rates affordable, we do not offer housekeeping services for stays less than 2 nights, however, we will provide fresh towels upon request. For longer stays, housekeeping is provided on the 3rd and 5th morning.

Pool Regulations

Haley's has a heated pool (80-83ºF in winter). For insurance purposes, only registered guests of Haley's Motel can use the pool.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

Deposit

1 Night Stay: Full Amount plus tax. 2+ Nights: 25% of the Total Amount. The Total Amount is due at Check-in Time

Balance will include lodging and Florida sales tax (12%). We do charge a 3% booking fee for any deposit or balance using a credit card. We can hold the room with a credit card and the total amount due can be paid by check or debit card on arrival to avoid the fee. We accept check or debit card and all major credit cards.

Cancellations

Updated April 1 2020

  • ● The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
  • ● The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation.
  • ● No show without cancellation: will be charged minimum of 1 night or 50% for 3 or more nights.
