All of
our units, from the smallest to the biggest, are fully equipped, with
everything from linens to teaspoons (you just bring your sunscreen) and boast
cleanliness.
The only
thing we cannot offer you is a Gulf view, but that's the very reason our rates
are reasonable! What you will find exceptional is vacationing in a beautiful
Island neighborhood with friendly residents who love going to the beach as much
you do. From the motel, Townhouses and Garden House, the beach is about a
two-minute stroll and from the Apartments your walk is just a tad more.
We've
provided pictures and a brief description of our units to help you decide which

| Haley's
Old Florida-style motel offers sweet and simple, clean, comfortable and
functional efficiencies. The décor is early-Joy Courtney with my
freshly-made curtains on the windows to plump pillows on the sofas - sometimes
they match and sometimes they don't! Each unit is proudly cared for with
everything you need to make a cozy home at the beach. The efficiencies come in
small (and we don't use the term lightly), medium, and large two-room sizes.
Motel efficiencies are perfect for families of one, two or two with small
children. |

Two
Bedroom/Two Full Bath Apartments
Each are 1,000 square feet. There are two apartments under one roof
(in Florida this is called a duplex). Each has lots of beds and
have two TVs instead of one. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
First-come, first served for the side that also has a 15' by 30'
screened in porch! Perfect for as many as six people. Side by side
rentals conducive for family reunions. Layout is great for grandparents'
privacy or parents who would enjoy being kidless for just a little
while!

Three
Bedroom/Two Full Bath Garden House
The Garden House is 1,400 sq. ft. of a lovely 3 bedroom/2bath Florida
home. After your walk through our garden of bromeliads and many
Florida plants, stairs take you up to a style of Florida living
you can get used to real quick! Full kitchen includes dishwasher
and two oven stove. The Garden House offers a large living room
and dining area with sliding glass doors leading to a balcony over
a quiet neighborhood. BBQ/table/chairs are set up for your use in
the side yard of the garden setting. Great for a family of six or
less who want a taste of real island living.

| We are proud of the fact that 73 percent of our business comes from

| What Haley's Does Not Offer |

Haley's participates in the Good Earth Housekeeping Program and
Standards. Towels and linens are exchanged twice weekly - shorter stays have
own program. Daily maid service is not provided. Supplies to keep your unit
tidy are provided. Stress and worry must be checked-in at office.
