Garden House Unit 22 (for up to 5 people) Green House Unit 21  Kitchen Kitchen 2 Livingroom 1 Livingroom 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Florida Room Bedroom 2 Lanai Garden The duplex is a ground level ranch style home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side. The units are identical in size, except that #21 is PET FRIENDLY and # 22 has a screened porch in the back with a dining table and 6 chairs; and a washer & dryer. The bedrooms have a king bed and private bath with shower in one and 2 double beds and a private bath with shower in the other. Each unit has a Florida sunroom with 2 twin beds. The fully equipped kitchens have a dishwasher and a dining room table seating 4 people. The Green House is perfect if you vacation with 2 separate families; or for weddings that like to keep the parties together. |
