The GARDEN HOUSE
This elevated three bedroom, three en suite bathroom accommodations is perfect for up to 6 adults and 2 small children.
Below it is the Celebrations Hall, the perfect space for weddings, receptions, meetings, or reunions. Along with the other
lovely accomodations at Haleys, now you can have your group staying all together for your event on the same property!
From the Bermuda shuttered windows to the beach version of “Victorian gingerbread” this new building in the Haley’s complex
exudes a casual beach welcome to all.
Inside the Garden House, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want to prepare gourmet meals-and cleanup is
a snap with the full size dishwasher. The open plan also features not only the spacious kitchen but also a large family
room/dining area. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and you can enjoy the 40 inch flat screen TV while cooking, dining,
or just taking it easy. You will be surprised at all the designer touches from the welcoming pineapple chandelier over the
table to the soft soothing beach colors of this house. Don't be surprised if you have a hard time leaving!!!
Enjoy relaxing garden views from your vantage point on the wrap-around veranda. This is also the perfect place to watch the sunset.
Each of the three bedrooms is accessible from the common kitchen/family room space, but if privacy is your thing, you also have an
exterior access to the veranda from each of the bedrooms. You can have as much or as little "togetherness" as you choose. You
will find that a stay in the Garden House is just like staying in a friend's brand new, fully furnished beach house. You will
enjoy discovering all the intimate spaces to relax, both around Garden House and throughout the Haley's property. You can dine
al fresco, relax in a hammock, or enjoy that new novel in one of the many private spots you will find. The choices are yours.
Family Area
The modern new fully equipped kitchen allows our guests to indulge their ever creative culinary whim should they choose to do so
while on vacation. From the quiet dishwasher to the full size microwave and range, this kitchen already has everything needed to
prepare a sumptuous repast…or a frozen Margarita.
This breezy open plan allows conversation and access throughout the kitchen, dining and living space with plenty of room for
everyone. The pineapple representing universal welcome is carried out throughout the Garden House-here in the pineapple chandelier
and centerpiece. All the linens and dinnerware you see are provided for you, and the plush, comfy seating area beckons you to sit
and relax. Even the cuddly throw is provided for you!
Three Bedrooms
One bedroom features a Queen size bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a large closet, an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a
double sink, and beautiful tile floor throughout. There are two entrances, one from the common space, and one from the veranda.
The veranda is great for relaxing and taking some sun.
Beautifully tiled bathroom features a large vanity with lots of storage, and a large walk in shower resplendent in creamy subway tile with rich glass accents and a decadent
rain shower head for pure relaxation.
This sunny bedroom features a Queen size bed in a creamy mint shade with beachy linens and room décor. You will enjoy a 32 inch
flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a double sink, a closet to store your clothes and gear, and a
beautiful tile floor throughout.
There are two entrances, one from the common space, and one from the veranda. Make sure you
check out the garden view from the veranda.
The Master suite, features a King sized bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV, an in suite bathroom with a luxurious Jacuzzi Tub, a handy linen closet, a large clothes closet, and a beautiful tile floor throughout, so it will stand up to beach living. There are two entrances, one from the common space, and one from the veranda. The veranda is a perfect place to relax and unwind.
The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub and shower and a linen closet for handy access to towels. The single sink is surrounded
by lots of counter space with roomy cabinets below.
This comfortable open plan space is accessible from all three bedrooms as well as the sun porch that wraps around three sides
of the house.
Take a leisurely stroll on The Garden House boardwalk-style porch, you will discover your favorite
spot to watch birds, get sun, admire the foliage…or just do nothing at all.
All of the bedrooms have their own entrance to the
porch. Be sure to try the glider for pure comfort.
You are just steps away from the pool at Haleys, and just a few more steps to the white sugar sand beach. Don't forget to pick up a
complimentary beach towel on your way!
Weddings at the Garden House
There are so many great choices now for couples planning weddings on the beach or just near the beach. You can now book the
Celebrations Hall for your wedding and/or reception, and we will take care of your catering needs, the cake, the flowers, and
all the accommodations for you and your guests, all on the same property. No more driving around trying to see everybody and
trying to find parking at the reception. Everything is right here.
You can get married on the beach, in one of our gardens, in the Orchid House, or in the Celebrations Hall, and then have your reception for up to 50 guests at the Celebrations Hall. We will make your special day fun and stress free, as it should be!
