Prices do not include State and Local taxes. (11.5%) or a 3% service fee. You can avoid  the fee by sending a check for your deposit and paying the balance upon arrival with a debit card or a check. For on-line reservations please state in the "notes" that you will send a check for the deposit and there will be "No service fee. We will send a confirmation with the deposit amount.
