Full Kitchen w/dishwasher, large screened porch, washer/dryer   Haley's Small Print Office hours are 9:30 am to 5:30pm   Haley's Motel has rooms available on a nightly basis year round. 3 night minimum stay required for weekends, 4 nights minimum on holiday weekends. The daily rate for Holiday weekends is the same as shown in February. We do not discount weekends or holidays. Pets are welcome in units 5,7,A & B in the "Cottage" and unit 21 in the "Green House" All other units are "PET FREE" EXTRA PEOPLE: Persons include children/infants/teens/adults. No extra person(s) is allowed in the room without Haley's permission. Pre-approved extra person is $10 per day/night. These costs apply to day visitors joining guests in the unit and at the pool. The number of guests in a unit cannot exceed the room occupation allowance determined by the fire marshal. If you check in or later add extra person/s, the cost is $50.00 per person per any portion of the day and/or night they are on the premises. NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: Haley's Motel is a non-smoking property. The loss of income due to smoke smell in room will be fully charged to guest with a minimum charge of $250. DEPOSITS: 1 or 2 nights - full amount plus tax. 3 or more nights - 50% of the total amount. (Deposits are not transferable.) We accept cash, check or debit card and all major credit cards. CANCELLATIONS: We have a 30-day cancellation policy. We will refund your deposit minus a 15% processing fee if we receive a written cancellation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. There is no refund for cancellation within 30 days, for late check in or early departure. CHECK-IN: Check in time is between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. - If you want to arrive early,stop by or call us. If your unit is ready, we let you in early at no additional charge. Between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. - we are ready for you! For late check-in arrangements call the office at least 24 hours in advance. BALANCE: Cash, check or debit card and all major credit cards. Total due before or at check-in time. Balance will include Florida sales tax (11.5%). CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10:30 a.m. Please ask for our extended check-out possibilities or for 1/2 day rates. HOUSEKEEPING: In order to keep the room rates affordable, we do not provide housekeeping services or extra amenities. If you do wish to have daily housekeeping attendance we will provide this service at an extra charge of $10/night. It is recommended to mention this at reservation time. POOL REGULATIONS: Haley's has a heated pool (80-83ºF in winter). For insurance purposes, only registered guests of Haley's Motel can use the pool.
