2-Room Studios Unit 7 (for up to 4 persons) Units 1, 5, 6 and 7 Rates from $109 - $179  Front Kitchen Livingroom Bedroom Bath Unit 7 was renovated with a Mexican tile floor and color washed walls. It has a queen bed from which you can see the TV/VCR, sitting on one of our antique dressers; and there is a telephone with answering machine at the bedside. The room has a closet with a hanging rod and a shelf. The unit’s kitchen has, like units 1 and 6, the original glass block corner that makes the kitchen very light. We decorated it with 2 beautiful paintings of scenes of Paris in the 50’s, painted on silk, and a tin plate showing sweet little Betty Boop, beautifully enhanced by a very 50’s looking blue glass ceiling fan. In the fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster is also a bistro table with 2 chairs and a double futon for an extra person. There are large windows providing an excellent view of the squirrels and birds on the outside feeders on the front deck. The bathroom was renovated in black & white tiles and has a lit shower, a European style shower hose and blow-dryer. It still is the original small size, but looks quite fancy now. |
