Green House Unit 21 (for up to 5 people) Green House Unit 22  Garden Lanai Livingroom 1 Dining Room Living area Bedroom 1 Bath Bedroom 2 Bath Florida Room The duplex is a ground level ranch style home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side. The units are identical in size, except that # 22 has a screened porch in the back with a dining table and 6 chairs; and a washer & dryer. The bedrooms have a king bed and private bath with shower in one and 2 double beds and a private bath with shower in the other. Each unit has a Florida sunroom with a twin bed in #21 and 2 twin beds in #22. The fully equipped kitchens have a dishwasher and a dining room table seating 4 people. You will not be able to receive wireless Internet in the Green House, as it outside the range. The Green House is perfect if you vacation with 2 separate families; or for weddings that like to keep the parties together. |
