In the 'old beach cottage' style, the living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a double sleeper futon. The bedrooms have king sized beds.

Cottages have a shared screened in porch with tables and chairs.

Occupancy - 4-5 people
Across the street from Haley's Motel is the Green House, a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, the other bedroom has two double beds. For additional sleeping areas, both sides have a florida room with twin beds.

The studios have two rooms. One has a full kitchen; the other is the bedroom with different types of beds. Some units have futons for extra persons.
